Computer working but screen blank ?

Desktop PC

If this is a Desktop PC, then normally it needs a replacement part fitting. The parts range from about £25 to £40, and I charge for my time to fit the part and test it.

Laptop / Netbook

If it sounds like you laptop is starting up OK (eg. lights and fans), but there is no picture displayed on your laptop, then this is not a service I provide. I found that I had to charge a lot to cover both the parts and the time to fix these sort of problems, so it's not a service I provide any more.

TIP: Try connecting another monitor / tv to your computer to see if it's the screen itself.
