Internet was working fine - but not now?

I get quite a few calls, telling me their internet is not working. If your internet connection has been working just fine, then chances are I can make it work again.

Sometimes it's something simple that just requires a quick fix, othertimes it can take a little longer depending on where the problem is.

I cannot work miracles...

Sometimes, the reason your internet connection is not working, is because the company you use, sometimes called your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is having technical problems at a particular time.
